Class 1
A Marijuana Lounge Class 1 license allows a licensee to sell marijuana items to a consumer who is 21 years of age or older for consumption on-site at the licensed premises between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.

Lounge Class 1 - Application Fee $1500 License Fee $5000
Class 2
A Marijuana Lounge Class 2 license allows a licensee to allow consumers who are 21 years of age or older to bring marijuana items, including extracts, to the licensed premises for on-site consumption between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. This license does not allow for the sale of marijuana or marijuana items.
