Resolutions
The records of the Commission shall include a minute book and a resolution book which may be stored electronically. Every formal resolution of the Commission shall include the following information: (1) A concise statement of the issues presented and the relevant procedural history; (2) The statutory authority for the action taken; (3) A precise statement of the action taken by the Commission, including any terms or conditions attached thereof; and (4) Certification by the Secretary of the Commission.
