High Expectations

These are high expectations outlined in the CNMI Cannabis Act and its rules and regulations that were created to ensure safe recreational marijuana use, possession, and purchase by adults who are 21 years of age or older.

Note: Medical patients may be 18 of years of age or older, but less than 21 years of age, holding a valid doctor’s recommendation for the use of marijuana for medical purposes.
